Our next monthly support group meeting will be Monday, December 3rd at 7:00 at Coppell Bible Fellowship. It will be a special family Christmas time! We are asking each family to bring 1 dozen cookies to share and eat during the fellowship time and then we will also have a cookie exchange where everyone can take home as many cookies as is brought. So if you bring an additional 2 dozen cookies you can take home 2 dozen cookies of any kind you like! We will also be serving hot chocolate and coffee. This will also be a time where our children can perform something "Christmasy" in an informal setting. This could be anything from playing a Christmas piece on an instrument to reading or reciting a Christmas poem. It could even be something your whole family participates in! Put the date on your calendar and we hope to see you there!

As a veteran homeschooling mom with kids who got incredible scholarships from their SAT and PSAT scores, she has learned the importance of these tests for homeschoolers. Families can sign-up online at www.collegeprepgenius.com/classes.html Colleges put a lot of weight on a homeschooler's SAT score since they can't necessarily verify their transcript. I've helped numerous students raise their scores, some as much as 500 points.
